("ATLASX", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use the ATLASX mobile application, our website at atlx.ai, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data.
By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. We collect information you provide directly to us when you:
- Create an account or profile, such as your email address, username, display name, profile picture, and biography. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the basic profile information that provider makes available (such as your name and email address). We do not receive your password for that provider.
- Use our trading features, including your wallet address and information about the transactions you initiate through the Services (such as the asset, side, size, price, and time of an order).
- Post content or interact with other users, such as posts, comments, reactions, follows, and the trades or portfolio information you choose to share publicly.
- Use the AI assistant, including the text or voice messages you send to it and your feedback on its responses.
- Set alerts or notification preferences.
- Purchase a subscription through the App Store. Payment is processed by Apple; we do not receive your card number.
- Communicate with us via email, social media, or other channels.
- Participate in referral, points, or promotional programs.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device information (operating system, hardware model, device identifiers, language, and app version)
- Log and usage information (IP address, pages or screens viewed, features used, crash reports, and timestamps)
- Approximate location information derived from your IP address
- Push notification tokens, if you enable notifications
Blockchain information. Blockchain transactions are publicly available. When you transact through the Services, your wallet address and transaction history are recorded on public blockchains and on the third-party protocol where your orders are executed, and can be viewed by anyone. We may associate this public information with your account in order to display your positions, balances, and history in the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
- Create and authenticate your account and secure your wallet
- Display your balances, positions, orders, and trading history
- Relay the orders and transactions you initiate to the applicable third-party protocol or network
- Operate social features, including profiles, feeds, following, and public trade sharing
- Operate the AI assistant and improve the quality of its responses
- Send you alerts, notifications, and administrative messages about your account
- Process subscriptions, referrals, points, and promotions
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and market manipulation, and enhance security
- Screen wallet addresses for illicit activity and comply with legal obligations
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the Services
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with:
- Other users, as directed by you. Your username, display name, profile picture, biography, posts, and the people you follow are public. If you choose to share a trade or make your portfolio public, that information (including the asset, entry and exit price, time, size, and profit and loss) will be associated with your account and displayed to other users. Once shared, you may not be able to remove that information from public view.
- Service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, authentication and wallet infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, customer support, and AI model providers that process your assistant conversations.
- Trading and blockchain infrastructure. When you place an order, the information necessary to execute it is transmitted to the third-party decentralized protocol (such as Hyperliquid) and blockchain networks that execute and settle your transactions. When you deposit or withdraw, the information necessary to complete the transfer is shared with the applicable bridging or routing providers.
- Law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties when required by law, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business partners in connection with promotions or co-branded offerings, with your consent where required.
- A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on and link to third-party services, including wallet infrastructure, decentralized protocols, blockchain networks, and sign-in providers. Those third parties have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review the policies of any third-party service you use in connection with the Services.
5. AI Assistant
The Services include an AI assistant that can answer questions about markets, your portfolio, and the app, and can help you prepare orders. Messages you send to the assistant, including transcribed voice messages, are processed by us and by third-party AI model providers in order to generate responses. We may use your conversations to improve the assistant. The assistant does not place orders without your confirmation.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how it is used. Our mobile app uses analytics and crash-reporting tools. We do not use your data for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising by third parties.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems or your information.
Your wallet is non-custodial. We do not have access to your private keys and cannot recover them for you.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Information recorded on public blockchains cannot be deleted by us.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete your personal information
- Restrict or object to our processing
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Complain to your local data protection authority
You can update your profile information in the app settings, and you can delete your account from the app. Deleting your account removes your profile and content from the Services, but does not remove transactions already recorded on public blockchains. To exercise any other right, please contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You may opt out of push notifications at any time in your device settings, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails.
10. International Data Transfers
We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than the one in which you live, including the United States. We take appropriate safeguards when we transfer personal data internationally.
11. Children
The Services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it and deactivate the account.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice, such as in-app notice or an email.
